Mrs.Brettschneider
Hello! My name is Sarah Brettschneider and I am the third grade teacher at St. Joseph School. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in 2018 at Madonna University in Early Childhood & Elementary Education. The 2022-2023 school year will be my fourth year teaching, and I am blessed to be at St. Joe's. I married my husband Tyler in 2020 and we have two dogs together, Klaus and Hans. In my free time I enjoy cycling, taking walks, watching movies, and reading. I attended St. Joe's myself from kindergarten through eighth grade and am excited to be teaching in what used to be my own third grade classroom. My favorite thing about teaching third grade is the amount of growth students show as the year progresses. To make reading more engaging throughout the day, I have some flexible seating options for students to sit on during independent reading time. This is a fun reward for students to earn when they finish their in class work. I look forward to having a wonderful year in third grade this year!
