The Exposition is a manner of honoring the Holy Eucharist, by exposing it, with proper solemnity, to the view of the faithful in order that they may pay their devotions before it. Exposition and benediction of the Blessed Sacrament highlight the fundamental mystery of the Holy Eucharist, that our Lord is truly present, Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity in the Blessed Sacrament.
